quartierE

(kwa-ti-eeray) — translates to “neighborhood”

Welcome to Quartiere — where fresh meets flame, and hospitality is everything.

Our wood-fired oven is more than just a centerpiece — it’s the heart of our kitchen and the soul of our food. Every dish begins with intention: fresh pasta made in-house, sauces simmered from scratch, ingredients chosen for quality and flavor. The flame brings it all together, finishing each plate with warmth and depth that can’t be replicated.

We’re proud to be a neighborhood Italian restaurant, but more than that, we strive to be your neighborhood place—a spot where the food is always memorable, the atmosphere is inviting, and the hospitality feels effortless.

an adult place

We are a small (but perfectly formed) restaurant that was designed to be a neighborhood place ideal for a date night. After trying to accommodate families for the first couple of years, it has become evident we needed to be an adult-only venue.

It's more about date night than play date.

our food

We’re proud of everything that comes out of our kitchen — and our bar.

Our pizza dough is made fresh daily using a simple, honest blend of imported Italian flours, fresh yeast, water, and salt. No oils. No sugar. Just the essentials. It’s mixed in a traditional Italian mixer, proofed for at least 24 hours, and finished in our wood-fired oven for that perfect crust. (And yes—we have a seriously good gluten-free dough, too.)

We roll out fresh pasta in-house every day, and if you love it as much as we do, we’ll even pack some up for you to cook at home. From scratch-made dressings to our meatballs and soups, everything is crafted right here. Because we believe food just tastes better when it’s made with care—and made in-house.

And don’t sleep on our cocktails. Our bartenders mix up some seriously good drinks — boozy or not.

Come by, grab a seat, and raise a glass with us. Cin cin!

Elevated Casual

We call it Elevated Casual — where laid-back vibes meet a seriously polished setting.

Our food is approachable and priced right, but the space? Think neighborhood charm with Manhattan style. It’s casual dining, dressed up just enough.
